Live Scan Fingerprinting Services

Our mobile Live Scan fingerprint service uses a Live Scan system to capture high quality fingerprint images at your home or place of business. We are available 7 days a week and can easily fit into your busy schedule. All Live Scan transactions are securely transmitted within 24 hours to the government for a fingerprint based background check using an encrypted connection. 

In addition to the fees charged by the California DOJ and/or FBI, we charge a rolling fee of $25 during normal business hours (9am – 8pm) or $40 for after hours and weekends. In addition there is also a small mileage charge to cover transportation costs to your location. The fees charged by the DOJ/FBI are not known until your information from the Live Scan form you will provide at your appointment in entered into our system, however fees generally range from $32-$50. 

In the event of fingerprint rejection from prints captured by our service we will re-scan and resubmit your prints at no additional charge. If you choose to have us re-capture prints that were rejected from another service the standard fees will apply.

What do you need to have for your appointment?

1. A Request for Live Scan Submission form. This is typically provided by the requesting agency or in some cases can be downloaded from the internet.

2. ID – a valid Drivers License (cannot be expired), US or foreign passport (may require a secondary form of ID)
